    How to Initiate a Warranty Claim or Return?
    To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact Us:

    • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos/videos (if applicable).

    2. Approval & Return Authorization:

    • Our team will review your request and provide a return authorisation along with return instructions.
    • Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

    3. Shipping the Product Back:

    • Pack the product securely with all original packaging, accessories, and invoice.
    • Ensure the return is shipped and delivered to us within the warranty period.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.


    Eligibility for Warranty Claims & Returns
    our return or warranty claim will be accepted if:

    ✔ The product is in its original condition, unused, and includes all accessories.
    ✔ The issue is due to a manufacturing defect (not misuse, accidental damage, or external factors).
    ✔ The return is shipped and delivered within the 3-day warranty period.

    The claim will be rejected if:

    ✘ The item is damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or external causes.
    ✘ Any original parts, accessories, or packaging are missing.
    ✘ The product is returned after the warranty period expires.


    Resolution Options
    Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will proceed with one of the following:

    • Replacement – A new unit will be shipped if stock is available.
    • Refund – A full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method.
    • Store Credit or Exchange – You may opt for store credit to use on future purchases.

    Note: Refunds/replacements are processed only after verifying the returned item’s condition.

    Additional Terms & Conditions
    •Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Please choose a reliable shipping service.
    • Return Shipping Costs:If the issue is our fault (wrong/defective item), we cover return shipping.
    • If returning for any other reason, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
    • Damage During Return Shipping: We recommend insuring the return package as we cannot be responsible for damages in transit.
